Drying aid & topper

Removes water spots, streaks, and fingerprints.

When used as a drying aid on a wet vehicle, Quick Detailer adds another layer of lubricity and prevents scratching while drying. It also helps catch any water spots from forming.

A great product to bring to any car show, it can be used to remove light dust, bug guts, and bird droppings without scratching the paint while adding another layer of gloss.

For caked-on wax, use the Quick Detailer to soften and remove it.

GYEON Q²M Quick Detailer – Gloss Spray and Drying Aid

GYEON Q²M Quick Detailer is an easy finishing spray for refreshing gloss, improving slickness and removing light fingerprints or streaks from a clean exterior. It is designed for the small finishing touches that make a freshly washed car look more complete.

Use it on dry paint for a final inspection wipe or on wet paint as a drying aid. It is compatible with ceramic coatings and traditional wax protection, making it a flexible addition to an established wash routine. Its focus is quick appearance enhancement with straightforward spray-and-wipe application.

Key Benefits

  • Instant visual refresh: Enhances gloss and depth on suitable painted surfaces.
  • Slick feel: Leaves the surface smoother after the finishing wipe.
  • Light mark removal: Useful for fingerprints, mild streaking and small finishing imperfections.
  • Wet or dry use: Fits either the drying stage or a final wipe-down.
  • Protection-compatible: Suitable for cars maintained with waxes, sealants or ceramic coatings.

Available sizes 500 ml, 1 L and 4 L

How to Use

  1. Start with a clean vehicle. Wash away grit, road film and heavy dirt before using a towel on the paint.
  2. Spray a small, controlled amount onto one panel or a clean microfibre towel.
  3. Wipe gently to spread the product and remove light marks.
  4. Turn to a fresh towel face or use a second towel to finish without streaks.
  5. For drying-aid use, apply sparingly to freshly washed wet paint and dry with a suitable towel.

Application Tips and Things to Watch For

Work on cool surfaces and use clean towels. A towel that becomes loaded with product or contamination can make streaking worse, so change faces frequently. Start with less product and add only what is needed for even coverage.

Quick Detailer does not replace a proper wash or a dedicated protective coating. Avoid treating heavy dust or road grit as a quick wipe-down job. For a newly installed coating, wait until its aftercare guidance allows maintenance products.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Quick Detailer the same as Ceramic Detailer?

They serve similar finishing roles, but Ceramic Detailer emphasises SiO₂ maintenance and added hydrophobic performance. Quick Detailer focuses on simple gloss enhancement, slickness and light touch-ups.

Can I use it while drying the car?

Yes. Apply sparingly after washing and rinsing, then dry with a clean microfibre drying towel. Keep a separate dry towel available if a final finishing wipe is needed.

Will it remove scratches or etched water spots?

No. It can remove light surface marks and improve appearance, but it does not correct damaged paint. Identify persistent defects after cleaning and choose an appropriate correction method.

Does it replace wax or a ceramic coating?

No. Its main benefit is an easy visual and tactile refresh. Use a dedicated wax, sealant or coating when your priority is a defined protective layer and longer service life.

The solution of Quick Detailer is slipperier and can be used to remove light contaminants like bird droppings on the go without scratching the paint. It can also be used as clay lube.

Ceramic Detailer is more durable but should only be used when the paint is clean. Both products can be used on PPF, plastics, windows, wheels, chrome, trims, etc.

Not at all, Quick Detailer wipes off very easily. It can even be applied under the sun; you just need to work quickly.

4 to 6 weeks. Quick Detailer is not meant to be used as a standalone product but rather as a topper, gloss booster and maintainer for existing waxes, sealants, and coatings.

No, it does not. If you prefer something that fills ever so slightly, use GYEON Cure. Cure fills and adds a shade to the paint, giving it a really good appearance.
