How it works is, once you submitted the form above, Mytee will reach out and diagnose the problem and identify the defective part together with you. Once identified, Mytee will then ship you the required part for you to repair it yourself. You can also bring the part to any qualified vacuum repair shop to do the repair (Mytee will not cover any actual repair cost).
