Please note that most hardware warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer, as they are responsible for providing and authorizing warranty coverage. Because of this, we’re not able to immediately exchange or replace these items at the store level. The manufacturer typically needs to review the reported issue, confirm that it qualifies under their warranty policy, and then determine the appropriate resolution — whether that is a repair, replacement, or the shipment of replacement parts.
This process commonly applies to equipment such as polishers, carpet or shampoo machines, and pressure washers. Depending on the manufacturer and the nature of the issue, warranty service or parts fulfillment may take approximately 1–3 weeks. We recommend planning for potential equipment downtime during this period.
