Semi-Aniline leather: Yes, but be gentle with it. Though it is also high-grade leather, similar to Aniline, but it is often coated with a light protective layer.

The 16oz spray bottle is already prediluted and ready to go; there's no need to dilute it further. The gallon version can be diluted down to 1:1 with water or used straight for deep cleaning.

No, Xpress cannot be used on fabric, cloth, or any canvas materials. If it accidentally comes into contact, simply wipe it off and let it dry. Use P&S Carpet Bomber instead.
