Return policy
 

Our return policy covers 30 days from the date of purchase/invoice. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Returns for warranties, repairs, and defects are covered by us. General returns will incur a fee of approximately $15 per return label, which will be deducted from your total refund. For U.S. customers, the return label cost is $25 USD. We are unable to provide return labels for customers in Hawaii (HI) and Puerto Rico (PR); please email us and arrange the return at your own expense. Returns on certain items, primarily hardware, equipment, and large or heavy items, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  If the product has been used and you're experiencing issues, full warranty support still applies.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Item purchased during sales are not eligible for returns/refunds.  

 

Please drop off your RMA parcel within 14 days of receiving the return shipping label to ensure your return can be processed smoothly. If you need a little more time, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.

Non-returnable items
Gift certificates, sale items, or indicated individually on the item listing.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that the returned item has arrived. You will then be notified whether your refund has been approved or declined.

 

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.

 

Please note that all returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items that show signs of use, damage, missing packaging, or that do not meet our return requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@carzilla.ca

 

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Purchases made online and retail automatically subject to all terms.
