Adam’s Hoseless Wash is simple to use and packs a lot of utility. Depending on how it is diluted and used, it can: make a highly effective waterless wash and detail spray; act as a clay lubricant or primer for pads; be added to a two-bucket wash routine for a boost in emulsification, lubrication, gloss and slickness; conserve water during summer droughts and allow for comfortable use inside the garage during winter with minimal mess.
Suggested Dilution Schemes:
- Add 1 fl oz of Adam’s Hoseless Wash to 2 gallons of water in a bucket to make a rinseless wash.
- Add 1 fl oz of Adam’s Hoseless Wash to ‘Wash Bucket’ in a Two-Bucket Wash Method process along with the soap of your choice, such as Adam’s Car Shampoo, to give a boost to your usual wash routine.
- Add 2 fl oz to 14 fl oz of water in a 16 fl oz bottle to make an effective waterless wash detailer and drying aid.
- Add 1 fl oz to 15 fl oz of water in a 16 fl oz bottle to make an effective, all-purpose detail spray and quick detailer.
Application notes
This is a concentrate. Follow its own dilution scheme below; Foam + Wash, Hoseless Wash and Rinseless Wash are different formulas.
How to use
- Inspect contamination and rinse heavy grit or salt away before starting.
- Prepare this product at its stated dilution in the bucket, sprayer or foaming equipment specified for the method.
- Work one section at a time with fresh, well-lubricated microfiber or a suitable wash tool. Fold or rinse frequently to keep soil away from the paint.
- Dry and inspect each section with a clean towel. Replace dirty wash media rather than trying to finish the whole vehicle with one loaded towel.
Aftercare and maintenance
Wash used towels promptly and keep them separate from other detailing jobs. Choose a full wash whenever the contamination is too heavy to remove with controlled, well-lubricated wiping. Clean towel faces matter more than repeatedly adding product to one dirty towel.
Is waterless washing suitable for winter road salt?
Visible salt deposits, gritty slush and caked-on dirt should be rinsed away first. A waterless product is useful for light maintenance, but wiping abrasive contamination across paint can cause marring.
