Ceramic base layer for The d'Elegance Waxes

Increases base hardness by 1~2H with carbon nanotube tech:  By blending carbon nanotubes that neutralize conductivity, it is less likely to generate static electricity when applying wax, detailing spray etc., afterwards.  

Application:

Standard coating preparation applies - apply in 2x2' sections and wipe off immediately.  Apply The d'Elegance Wax (or any wax) after at least 1 hour.
