SiO² infused PPF maintenance

Q²M PPF Renew is the world’s first SiO² infused paint protection film maintenance product. Containing silica, not only does it restore gloss and slickness, it also does provide great UV protection and chemical resistance. It is also a very good base prior to a ceramic coating of your choice.

Even high quality, self-healing paint protection film becomes contaminated, dull and changes its initial smoothness over time. Gyeon Q²M PPF Renew brings a remedy to that. With its light abbrasive properties, it is able to dramatically improve the level of gloss. An all-in-one product for maintenance and sealing of glossy PPF. Once used by hand, Q²M PPF Renew will provide excellent cleaning abilities with a protective result. Machine use is recommended with an eccentric machine on minimum to medium revs and will add fantastic gloss to the end result. TIP: Never overheat the PPF while polishing. We highly recommend the use of our Q²M Eccentric Polish pad with a suitable machine. Apply a layer of Q² CanCoat to increase hydrophobicity.

Yes, you can apply and polish GYEON PPF Renew by hand to remove light defects such as etched bug guts and water spots. However, a polisher will be required to remove swirl marks.

Yes, PPF Renew can be used to restore lost slickness and hydrophobicity. However, it is an "all-in-one" product and will not perform as effectively as dedicated PPF maintenance products, such as GYEON PPF Coating or PPF Maintain, when it comes to hydrophobic properties.

Yes, GYEON PPF Renew provides UV protection. UV blockers are essential to prevent the film (or the adhesive that secures the film to the paint) from turning yellow.

You can, but only for very fine jeweling purposes. The main difference between a PPF polish and a paint polish is that PPF polishes are much gentler and contain more lubricating liquids. This helps the polishing pad glide more easily on the grabby surface of PPF during the polishing stage.
