Shipping Information

You can trust that your order will be swiftly processed and well packed. We ship products anywhere in Canada and United States with UPS or Canadapost. Free over $99 - Shipping across Canada is between $5-$10 depending on items added to cart and shipping method.

Estimated delivery time:

BC - 2~3 business days, AB - 1~2 business day, SK/MN - 2~3 business days, ON/QC - 4~6 business days, NL/PEI - 7-9 business days. Express post can reduce delivery time by 1~3 days. Please note above is only an estimated time, generally, they’re accurate, but please plan ahead for delivery during peak season, especially when covid and other provincial restrictions are in play. Rural areas expect longer deliveries. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be shipped the following working day. US Shipping time is about 4~7 business days.

No Rain-Check for sales / sale items.

Winter seasons (Temperature of 5 degrees C and below or from October to February):

Please note, we've been shipping in the cold for a long time and have a good list of products that cannot be shipped, but most can. Though product labels will say 'do not freeze' it doesn't mean the product cannot be frozen, it's a safety measure that prevents product miss-storage, majority of them can withstand a few freeze/thaw cycles. If your products cannot be shipped in the cold, we'll notify you and remove it from your cart. If you received your products and it's frozen, rest assured once thawed it'll be back to its optimum performance.

To protect the integrity of the chemicals, certain items cannot be shipped out during the winter season (usually organic products, such as leather conditioners), your order will be reviewed before shipped out; if certain items cannot be shipped, the customer will be given the option for a refund for the item(s) affected or a full refund (of all items ordered) including the shipping cost. Items purchased during the winter season CANNOT be refunded/exchanged due to the risk of improper storage after purchase, however, hardware/polishers are eligible.

3rd party dropship orders are automatically cancelled.

Return Policy:

Purchases made online and retail automatically subject to all terms.

Our return policy covers 30 days from the day of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns on warranties, repairs, defects are on us. General returns will cost $7.99 per return label, it'll be deducted from your total returns.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If product has been used and you're experiencing issues, full warranty support still applies. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Item purchased during sales are not eligible for returns/refunds.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift certificates, sale items, or indicated individually on the item listing.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@carzilla.ca

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@carzilla.ca. Returns on certain items (mostly hardware and equipment, large/heavy items) will have a 15% restock fee.

Warranty:

All warranty and repairs are covered by manufacturer, please read carefully of each manufacture's warranty policy as they're all different. Within 30 days we'll handle warranty and Dead on Arrivals in-house, after that, please contact manufacture for warranty.

Rewards, Promos, and Sales:

Please note only one promo code, let it be rewards, free gifts and other discounts are allowed one per order, and are not stackable.

Privacy:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contacts from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfil your request, e.g. to ship an order.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Terms of service:

Please note that these products are all do-it-yourself products, all that goes on our shelves we believe are absolutely fantastic products, but we have no control of how the user uses the products, thus we take no responsibility post-purchase use, but we and the manufactures will do our absolute best to support you if you run into any issues.

We try our best to have the most accurate photo and description to represent the products. We reserve all rights to amend orders if an error has been found or items cannot be fulfilled. Warranties are supported by us within 30 days of purchase, however, beyond that they're covered by the manufacturer.

We have full rights to modify orders when something is out of stock, damaged, unable to fulfill due to pricing error, or unable to ship in the winter (see our Winter FAQ above) to protect the integrity of the product.

Purchasing online or via retail store automatically agrees to our terms.
